Where information comes from
Most information comes directly from you when you browse, create an account, place an order, contact us, choose preferences or leave a review. We also receive order-payment status from the payment provider, delivery events from the selected carrier, security signals from service-protection providers and—only if you choose it—the limited profile information returned by Google or Facebook sign-in.
Information needed to provide the service
The checkout identifies required fields. We need the required identity, contact, delivery and payment information to accept and fulfil an order; without it we cannot complete the contract. Optional marketing, social sign-in, saved-profile and review choices are not required to buy from us. Where law requires information, we explain that at the point it is requested.
Why we use it and our lawful bases
| Purpose | Lawful basis |
|---|---|
| Take payment, fulfil orders, manage returns and provide your account. | Contract. |
| Provide optional Google or Facebook sign-in and protect the sign-in process from misuse. | Contract for the account service; legitimate interests in account and service security. |
| Meet tax, accounting, product-safety and consumer-law duties. | Legal obligation. |
| Protect accounts, investigate fraud or misuse, secure the service and resolve disputes. | Legitimate interests in operating a safe, reliable store and protecting customers and the business. |
| Send optional news, offers and product tips by email. | Consent where required. You can withdraw it at any time. |
| Run Angelic Rewards, including optional review invitations and programme integrity checks. | Contract for programme administration; consent for optional marketing; and legitimate interests for proportionate anti-abuse controls. |
Who receives information
| Recipient or category | Why information is shared |
|---|---|
| Hostinger | Website hosting and transactional email infrastructure. |
| The payment provider displayed at checkout | Authorising payment, fraud screening, refunds and payment records. The active provider is identified during checkout. |
| Evri or Royal Mail, where selected | Buying or administering delivery and providing parcel progress. |
| Cloudflare, Wordfence and other enabled security providers | Protecting the service, detecting misuse and investigating incidents. |
| Enabled email, consent and analytics providers | Sending communications, recording choices and measuring the service only where the relevant service and permissions are active. |
| Google or Meta, only if you choose its sign-in button | Completing optional sign-in under that provider’s own terms. Angelic Labs does not store the provider access token. |
| Professional advisers, regulators, courts and public authorities | Accounting, legal advice, compliance, claims and disclosures required by law. |
International transfers
Some hosting, security, payment, analytics or optional social sign-in providers may access information from outside the United Kingdom. Before enabling a provider, we review its processing locations and role. Where a restricted transfer occurs, we require an applicable UK adequacy regulation or an approved safeguard such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with an appropriate transfer-risk assessment. Contact us for the current safeguard used for a particular provider.
How long we keep information
| Record | Normal retention |
|---|---|
| Orders, payment references, refunds, tax and accounting | Normally six years after the end of the relevant accounting period, or longer where a product-safety issue, dispute or legal requirement applies. |
| Account profile and saved addresses | While the account is active. Closed or inactive profiles are reviewed after 24 months and deleted or anonymised where no continuing legal or service need applies. |
| Parcel tracking | Shown in the customer tracking area for 90 days. Necessary dispatch evidence remains with the order record for its applicable retention period. |
| Angelic Rewards | Available points expire after 365 days and customer-facing points history is limited to 12 months. Necessary consent, redemption, fraud-prevention and accounting evidence may be retained for up to six years. |
| Support, returns and complaints | Normally 24 months after the matter closes; up to six years where needed for a legal claim or linked transaction. |
| Marketing consent and suppression choices | While the choice is active and normally up to six years after the last choice, so we can demonstrate or respect it. |
| Security and audit records | Normally 12 months, or longer where an incident or investigation remains active. |
| Optional social sign-in state | The one-time state expires after 10 minutes. Provider access tokens are not retained. |
At the end of an applicable period, information is deleted, anonymised or reviewed for a continuing lawful need. A legal hold, product-safety investigation or unresolved dispute may temporarily extend a period.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. Some rights have legal limits—for example, we may need to keep records required by law or needed to resolve a claim. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing.
You can manage optional email choices in your account. Contact us for any other request. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Cookies and security
Necessary technology is always active only where needed to remember your consent choice, operate the basket, checkout and account, process payment, prevent fraud and secure forms. reCAPTCHA and payment-provider technology may load on the form or checkout where that protection or payment service is required. These technologies are not used by Angelic Labs for advertising.
Analytics is optional and off until you enable it. If enabled, Google Analytics, Jetpack Stats and WooCommerce Analytics may use identifiers and receive page, device and interaction information so we can measure and improve the store. Marketing is optional and off until you enable it. If enabled, Google Ads and WooCommerce order attribution may use identifiers, referral and campaign information to measure advertising performance.
The collection colour follows the page you are viewing and is not stored as a cross-page preference. Chatra is contacted only after you select Open live chat. Use Cookie settings at any time to review, change or withdraw Analytics and Marketing consent. Withdrawal stops future optional loading and clears the optional first-party storage we control; it cannot retract information already sent while consent was active.
If you start a Google or Facebook sign-in, a short-lived, HttpOnly security cookie and one-time server record verify the return request and prevent replay. We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Automated checks and human review
Automated rules may calculate rewards, validate a redemption or flag unusual account, payment or order activity. We do not use those rules alone to make a decision that has legal or similarly significant effects. A person reviews suspected abuse or fraud before a significant adverse action, and you can contact us to challenge the result.
Part 2
Terms of use and sale
These terms apply when you browse the site, create an account or place an order. At checkout, you are asked to confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Sale, the Returns Policy and the Privacy Notice before the order can be submitted.

Products and health information
Read the product page and label before use. Images are illustrative and packaging may change, but material product information will be kept accurate. Food supplements do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease and are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or professional medical advice.
Placing an order
Your checkout submission is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance. A binding sales contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may reject or cancel before dispatch for genuine reasons such as unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, failed payment, legal restrictions or reasonable fraud concerns. Any money taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Prices, payment and delivery
The checkout shows the product price, delivery charge and total before you place the order. Currency conversion may be indicative until the payment provider confirms the charged amount. We deliver to the address accepted at checkout and aim to meet the estimate shown. Unless another time is agreed, goods should be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days.
Returns and cancellations
The separate Returns and Refunds Policy explains the 30-day commercial promise, statutory cancellation rights, exclusions and remedies for faulty goods. That policy forms part of these terms and does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
Acceptable use and account security
Provide accurate information, keep login details secure and do not misuse the site, interfere with security, impersonate another person, create deceptive duplicate accounts or use automated methods to manipulate prices, availability, reviews or rewards. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Liability and your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable or for business loss arising from a consumer purchase, to the extent the law permits.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms prospectively for legal, security or service reasons. The terms accepted when an order was placed continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise. English law applies, but if you live elsewhere in the UK you keep any mandatory protections and court rights available where you live.
Part 3
Angelic Rewards terms
- Eligible completed purchases currently earn 8 points for every £1 of qualifying spend.
- 100 available points are currently worth £1. Points have no cash value, are personal to the account and cannot be transferred or sold.
- One verified email bonus currently earns 15 points. A first optional marketing opt-in currently earns 150 points. Withdrawing marketing consent stops marketing; it does not affect order or security messages.
- An eligible verified-purchase review currently earns 250 points once per qualifying purchase line. The reward is the same for a positive, neutral or negative honest review.
- Available points expire after 365 days if unused. Returns, refunds, cancellations and chargebacks may reverse points earned from the affected purchase.
Fair programme protection
We may temporarily hold, refuse, reverse or cancel points or a reward redemption where we have reasonable grounds to believe there is fraud, account misuse, manipulation, deceptive duplicate accounts, refund or chargeback abuse, a breach of these terms, or a technical or accounting error. We may pause or cancel an order paid wholly or partly with disputed points before dispatch while we investigate.
We will act proportionately, may request reasonable information, and will explain a decision where lawful and practical. If the concern is not supported, legitimately earned points or value will be restored. Any cash paid for a cancelled order will be handled under the applicable payment and refund rights. These controls never remove statutory rights for goods already supplied.
Programme changes
We may change earning rates, redemption values, bonuses, eligibility rules or availability for future activity. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical and will treat existing balances fairly. We may suspend the programme immediately where needed for security, fraud prevention or law, then provide information when it is safe and lawful to do so.

Questions and complaints
Contact support@angelic-labs.com first so we can try to resolve an order, rewards or privacy concern.
For a data-protection complaint, you may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. You do not have to contact us first, although we welcome the opportunity to help. Make an ICO complaint.
